Is your career working for you - or just wearing you out?
Coaching and facilitation for TV, film and media professionals - trusted by the NFTS, Amazon Prime, Film London, University of Westminster and ScreenSkills.
The UK creative industries are projected to grow by 27% by 2035 (Skills England) - but growth doesn't always mean it feels sustainable. Whether you're questioning your direction, running low on confidence, suffering from burnout or simply wondering if there's a better way to do this - Creative Reset is a coaching practice designed for people who care deeply about their work and are ready to invest in themselves.
Emma Dobinson works with media and creative professionals who want to pause, reflect and move forward - with clarity, confidence and a plan that's genuinely theirs.
Whether it’s on a group or individual basis it starts here - your creative reset, your way.
A coach who knows this industry from the inside
Emma Dobinson has spent 25+ years leading global TV, film and media productions - managing teams, running programmes and working across cultures and continents. She's since brought that experience into coaching and facilitation work for organisations including NFTS, Film London, Amazon, University of Westminster and ScreenSkills, alongside one-to-one coaching for producers, directors, editors and freelancers across the industry
She founded Creative Reset because she kept seeing the same pattern - brilliant professionals losing their confidence, their direction and their joy in work that had once meant everything. She wanted to build a space where that could change - not by fixing what's broken, but by restoring what's already there.
Whether you're an individual at a crossroads or an organisation that wants to genuinely support its people, Creative Reset offers grounded, practical coaching and facilitation that makes a real difference.
Support that meets you where you are
FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FREELANCERS: Whether you are feeling stuck, uncertain about your next step or simply ready for a change - one-to-one coaching gives you the space, the tools and the honest support to move forward with confidence.
FOR COMPANIES AND ORGANISATIONS: For organisations that want to retain their best people, support their middle managers and build a culture where creative talent genuinely thrives - Creative Reset offers coaching and programmes that create lasting change.
What people tend to walk away with
Every conversation is different, but people typically leave sessions with things like:
Renewed clarity on their next step
Practical tools they can use immediately
An honest outside perspective on a situation they've been too close to
Simply a clearer hear
